Rishita Loitongbam is an illustrator based in Manipur. She has illustrated some picture books, many of which are set in the Northeast. Her wordless book ‘Thoithoi Feels Shy’, published by Pratham Books, explores shyness and friendship. She mostly lives in her head and likes to draw things she doesn’t want to forget, often reflecting memory, emotion and small everyday details.
