Nandita da Cunha

Nandita da Cunha is the award-winning author of 15 books for children. Her stories blend lyrical language and humour, with gentle explorations of themes like empathy, identity and the environment. She has shared these in sessions at schools and litfests across the country.

Her work has been awarded the Neev Book Award, and Ficci Publishing Jury award, and has featured on multiple Parag Honour Lists. She was among 14 playwrights selected to attend the Writer’s Bloc playwriting program, conducted by the Royal Court theatre, London.
