Susan Perrow is an author and storyteller who passionately believes in the ‘power of story’. Her writing genre is therapeutic/healing stories. It is best described as an approach that dances with metaphors to create imaginative journeys to reach positive resolutions. For 20 years she has travelled internationally giving keynotes and therapeutic story-writing seminars. Her work is used by more than 200,000 teachers, therapists and parents world-wide. She has three resource books of therapeutic stories, now in ten languages. Her stories have characters from nature and the everyday world e.g. Cranky Cockatoo, Zestless Zebra, Little Straw Broom, The Star Apple. Her current writing is focused on environmental fairy tales. Her home is in Australia in a small town by the sea.
