Dipna Daryanani is a Mumbai-based movement artist, early years educator, author, and founder of Move with Joy, a creative movement program for young children. She is also the co-founder of Love the World Today, a sustainable children’s clothing brand.
With over 18 years in early childhood education and more than a decade in contemporary dance and dance-theatre, Dipna’s work is rooted in curiosity, kindness, imagination, and embodied learning. As a performer, choreographer, educator, and movement coach, she creates experiences that invite presence, play, and connection.
Her first children’s book, About the Friend in My Heart, explores kindness in the everyday. Across classrooms, studios, and stages, Dipna’s work seeks to nurture wonder, belonging, and authentic expression. Recent productions include The World can Wait, Not Same, Not Different, The Land of Mea Lilo and The Magical Garden, and, all reflecting her commitment to creating thoughtful, inclusive spaces where children and adults can connect more deeply with themselves, one another, and the world around them.
