Ashwitha Jayakumar has written and adapted over a dozen books for young readers on history, mythology and science. Since graduating with an MSc in Literature and Society: 1688–1900 from the University of Edinburgh and an MA in Medieval Studies from the University of Leeds, she’s worn many different hats, from editor to high school English teacher, research consultant, and writer. She loves all things historical and fantastical and lives in New Delhi, in a house overflowing with books.
