Write Back! When we read books that have resonated with us, how do we ‘write back’ our version of those works, using our voices, our language, and experiences? A hands-on workshop that guides students to be inspired by published literature to create their own fresh, contemporary versions. Award-winning writer Marina Budhos will read from her own novel We Are All We Have, where her main character, an aspiring poet, ‘writes back’ to her favorite literary works.
